POLICE are appealing for information about a man they would like to talk to in connection with a sexual offence against a child.
The man was captured on CCTV as he entered Marseans, a newsagent in Chastilian Road, Dartford at around 3.45pm on July 23.
The man is described as white, in his late teens or early 20s and with dark, short, spiky hair.
He was wearing dark blue jeans and a dark shirt.
PC Nicola Spicer who is leading the investigation, said: “Hopefully someone will be able to put a name to this face but I would also like to hear from anyone who thinks they may have been in the shop at this time.”
