A 29-YEAR-OLD man accused of attacking a man in a tapas bar has appeared in court.
Robert Robinson was arrested in Croydon on October 16 in connection with an alleged incident at La Rioja, High Street, West Wickham, on July 4.
He appeared at Bromley Magistrates' Court on October 17 charged with causing GBH with intent.
Robinson, of Upper Norwood, was remanded in custody until he appears at Croydon Crown Court on October 27.
Unemployed Russell Parkin, aged 37, of Madan Road, Westerham, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on July 7, charged with GBH with intent and violent disorder in connection with the same incident.
He has been sent for trial at Croydon Crown Court on January 5 next year.
