The Bromley (Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools) Order 1998 (Amendment No. 5) Order 2008.
The Bromley (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) Order 2003 (Amendment No.21) Order 2008.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 9th October 2008 made the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 47, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other powers thereunto enabling, which will come into operation on 27th October 2008.
The effect of the Orders would be to:-
a) introduce Waiting Restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
b) regularise the free parking places in Barkway Drive, Farnborough as specified in the Schedule to this notice
c) formalise existing School Keep Clear markings as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
d) introduce new disabled parking bays as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
e) remove the disabled parking bays as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
A copy of the Orders may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Orders.
ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
BARKWAY DRIVE, Farnborough, (a) the south west side, from the north western kerbline of Wellbrook Road north westwards for a distance of 19m; (b) the north east side, from the north western kerbline of Wellbrook Road north westwards for a distance of 10m.
BATHS ROAD, Bromley, (a) the south west side, from the north western kerbline of Southlands Road north westwards for a distance of 16m; (b) the north east side, from the north western kerbline of Southlands Road north westwards for a distance of 21m.
CHIPPERFIELD ROAD, St. Paul's Cray, the east side, from a point 1m south east of the common boundary of Nos. 307 & 309 to a point 11m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Leesons Hill.
CURTISMILL WAY, St. Paul's Cray, both sides, from the north eastern kerbline of Chipperfield Road north eastwards to a point 4m north east of the south western flank wall of No. 3.
GRAYS FARM ROAD, St. Paul's Cray, the north and west sides, from a point 4.5m east of the party wall of Nos. 2 & 4 eastwards and northwards to the southern boundary of No. 2.
HORLEY ROAD, Mottingham, (a) both sides, from the northern kerbline of Kimmeridge Road northwards for a distance of 10m; (b) the east side, from a point 2m south of a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 36 & 38 northwards to the southern kerbline of the Unnamed Access Road, adjacent to No. 47 leading to Beaconsfield Road.
KIMMERIDGE ROAD, Mottingham, the north side, from a point 10m west of the western kerbline of Horley Road eastwards to the party wall of Nos. 1 & 2 Beaconsfield Parade.
SOUTHLANDS ROAD, Bromley, the north west side, from the party wall of Nos. 171 & 173 north eastwards to the party wall of Nos. 175 & 177.
THE UNNAMED ACCESS ROAD off Horley Road, Mottingham adjacent to No. 47 leading to Beaconsfield Road, Mottingham, (a) the north side, from the eastern kerbline of Horley Road eastwards for a distance of 10m; (b) the south side, from the eastern kerbline of Horley Road eastwards to the rear common boundary of Nos. 13 & 14 Beaconsfield Parade.
WELLBROOK ROAD, Farnborough, the north west side, from a point 12m south west of the south western kerbline of Barkway Drive north eastwards to a point 12m north east of the north eastern eastern kerbline of Barkway Drive.
No Waiting between 9.00am and 5.00pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive:-
BARKWAY DRIVE, Farnborough, (a) the south west side, from a point 19m north west of the north western kerbline of Wellbrook Road north westwards to a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 21 & 22; (b) the cul-de-sac between Nos. 1 & 18 leading to Nos. 1 to 18, the turning head (adopted section only fronting Nos. 8 to 11) to a point in line with the south western flank walls of Nos. 3 & 16.
LOVIBONDS AVENUE, Orpington, the north west side, (i) from a point 0.5m south west of a point opposite the south western boundary of No. 40 south westwards for a distance of 30m; (ii) from a point 0.5m north east of the north eastern boundary of No. 13 north eastwards for a distance of 12m.
