HELP is available for parents of children with long-term medical conditions.
Greenwich Teaching Primary Care Trust (PCT), which is responsible for healthcare in Greenwich, has organised a course where parents can learn about the help available from professionals.
They can also get tips on how to solve problems as well as how to deal with exhaustion and anxiety.
The course involves six weekly two-and-a-half-hour sessions, starting on November 5 and ending on December 10.
Flora Gyebi, a parent who has been on a previous course, said: “It made me realise that I was trying to fit too much into everyday because of my son’s condition, and that I don’t have to do everything by myself.
"There are people in the community that can help.”
