A HOSPICE charity is asking supporters for help on its tenth anniversary.
Demelza, which is building a hospice in Eltham, is asking people to give up a tenth of something this month to show their support.
It suggests people giving two days — a tenth of people’s working month — to volunteer or a tenth of their salary.
The charity is also looking for any books, toys or equipment people of businesses would like to donate.
Call 01795 845288 to tell them how you want to give your tenth.
The charity is also running the Demelza Lottery, with a weekly chance of winning £1,000. Call 01795 845224 for more information.
More adventurous people can join in a winter challenge to raise money, taking part in activities such as skiing and snowboarding.
