PUBLIC NOTICE
LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003 (Amendment No. **) Order 2008.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order would be to introduce Waiting and Loading Restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order of 2003.
A copy of the proposed order, of the plans of the scheme and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T100/511 not later than 5th November 2008.
Persons objecting to the proposed order should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.

WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
CRICKET GROUND ROAD, Chislehurst, the south side, from its junction with the south eastern kerbline of Bromley Road eastwards to a point 10m east of the eastern kerbline of Norlands Crescent.
CROWN LANE, Chislehurst, the north east to south west arm, both sides, from its junction with Watt's Lane and Morley Road south westwards to the eastern kerbline of the north to south arm of Crown Lane on the north west side and a point opposite.
MORLEY ROAD, Chislehurst, both sides, from its junction with Watt's Lane and Crown Lane southwards to a point 5.5m north of the northern boundary of The Ivy House.
NORLANDS CRESCENT, Chislehurst, the east side, from its junction with Cricket Ground Road southwards to a point 6m north of the southern flank wall of No. 1.
SUMMER HILL, Chislehurst, the north west side, from the northern kerbline of Susan Wood south westwards for a distance of 8.5m
No Waiting between 11.00am and 12noon on Mondays to Fridays inclusive:-
LYNWOOD GROVE, Orpington, (a) the even numbered side, from the common boundary of Nos. 6 & 8 northwards to the south eastern kerbline of Crofton Lane; (b) the odd numbered side, from a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 2 & 2a northwards to the south eastern kerbline of Crofton Lane.
No Loading At Any Time:-
CRICKET GROUND ROAD, Chislehurst, the south side, from its junction with the south eastern kerbline of Bromley Road eastwards to a point 15m west of the western kerbline of Norlands Crescent.
