A GOLF day has been held in memory of a 17-year-old who died in a car accident.
George Mosedale, who lived in Palace Road, Bromley and went to Hayes School, was killed when his car collided with a tree in West Common Road, Keston on June 17.
Family, friends and colleagues gathered at Shooters Hill Golf Club to raise £8,500 in George’s memory, which will go to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.
Sixty-two-year-old Vince Long, who is the partner of George’s mother Dee, said: “The whole day was really good, there was an excellent turn out of around 90 people.
“George is looking down on us all the time.”
