A RECONSTRUCTION of a pregnant woman's terrifying ordeal will be televised on Crimewatch this evening.
A seven-month pregnant 21-year-old was sexually assaulted in her own home in Penge High Street on July 10 after she was awoken by a man.
At around 9am the suspect woke her with a loud bang and peered behind her bedroom door and said: “Where’s Peter? He owes me £500 for cocaine.”
He brought her into the lounge, made her get on her knees, and then questioned her about her family and partner while looking through family photographs.
She tried to escape but was caught half way down the stairs and dragged back into the flat by her hair.
The suspect then put socks on each hand and sexually assaulted her.
He then made her make him a cup of coffee and hold it to his lips so he could drink it without touching the mug.
The victim noticed he had a knife in his jacket pocket and subsequently managed to flee her flat.
The suspect is described as a 6ft 5in tall light-skinned black man with a 5-7cm scar across his left cheek.
He spoke with a London accent and was wearing a distinctive red body warmer with blue jeans.
Anyone with any information should contact Bromley police CID on 020 8284 9969 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
Crimewatch is on BBC1 tonight at 9pm.
