A THIRTEEN-YEAR-OLD boy has appeared in court charged with firearms offences.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested at an address in New Cross on August 12.
During a search of the house police found a 9mm Baikal pistol, two silencers that fitted the Baikal and a bag of 9mm cartridges, in the stairwell.
Detectives searched the house as part of an ongoing investigation into gang-related activity.
He appeared at Kingston Crown Court on October 8. The teenager will next appear at the same court on Friday (Oct17).
