MEMBERS at last month’s meeting welcomed Mrs Jane Gilcrist, honorary secretary of Bromley Homeopathic Group.
Describing homeopathy in the 21st Century, she briefly explained the method of extracting potent medicines from plants, minerals and animals such as venomous snakes and black widow spiders.
Homeopathy has always been part of the NHS. There are also outreach clinics, including one in Bromley, providing free treatment from doctors. Although the cost is minimal, London and five other hospitals are under threat of losing NHS support.
