Onlookers think Bridgerton filming is underway a popular Greenwich landmark - previously used to film the series.
A photo taken by passerby Catherine Usher appears to show the Ranger's House, a Georgian Villa dating back to 1723, covered in the iconic purple wisteria the show has become so synonymous with.
The photo also appears to show filming crew at the location, with the outside of the property covered with large screens.
The exterior of the house has appeared in the previous three seasons of the show as the London home of the affluent Bridgerton family.
“It’s exciting to live close by,” Catherine explained “I go running past there most days.”
She added: “Originally the set was completely open, but now they like to keep it under wraps.
“As soon as the wisteria appears, it’s clear what they are filming, but unfortunately I’ve never bumped into any of the cast - yet."
Greenwich has played a key role in the previous three seasons of the hit Netflix drama, which has adapted the book series written by Julia Quinn.
The villa is owned by English Heritage and houses The Wernher Collection, with over 700 pieces of art collected by Sir Julius Wernher, and is open to visit between April 1 - October 30.
Historical locations such as The Old Royal Naval College, The Chapel of St Peter and St Paul, and The Ranger's House have appeared in the previous seasons of the show, which first aired in 2020.
The showrunner confirmed that Season Four of Bridgerton will follow the love story of Bridgerton brother Benedict Bridgerton, played by Luke Thompson, and his love interest Sophie Baek, played by Yerin Ha.
