Woolwich Works is set to have some very special guests performing this weekend.
Woolwich Works has announced Live at the Works, presented by Show and Tell Productions, is returning, and has described it as south London’s “biggest comedy night”.
The show will take place on Saturday (November 30) in the Fireworks Factory, and promises an evening filled with “humour, wit, and star-studded performances”.
The evening will begin with globally acclaimed comedian Phil Wang, who is known for his unique take on life’s absurdities.
Phil has made several appearances on Channel 4’s Taskmaster and BBC Two’s Live at the Apollo, as well as his Netflix specials Philly Philly Wang Wang, and Wang In There, Baby.
Phil will be joined by actress Kerry Godliman, Known for her roles on Netflix’s After Life and Channel 4’s Derek.
Kerry is known for her down-to-earth humour, and her relatable style is “sure to bring the house down” according to the Woolwich Works website.
The evening will also feature actress and comedian Michelle de Swarte, known for her roles on BBC Two’s Spent and Live at the Apollo appearances.
Two new rising stars will also be there – YouTuber Finlay Christie and comedian Kyrah Gray.
Doors will open at 6.30pm with the show beginning at 7.30pm.
Tickets are priced from £20 for standard and £17 for concessions.
Visitors are advised to secure their tickets in advance on the Woolwich Works website.
Only over 18s are permitted.
