A woman in her 90s has been found dead inside a home in Bromley.
Concerns for the safety of a woman were raised in Hayes Road just before 9.15am today (November 21).
Officers, London Fire Brigade, and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found the body of a woman.
She was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after.
It is believed that there are no suspicious circumstances, however, police enquiries into the circumstances continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 09:14hrs on Thursday, 21 November to a residential address on Hayes Road, BR2 following a concern for safety.
“Officers, the London Fire Brigade, and the London Ambulance Service attended and found the body of a woman in her 90s. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
“At this stage it is not believed there are any suspicious circumstances but enquiries continue.”
