The Dartford Crossing has reopened after a crash which shut two lanes.
Kent Police says it was called to reports of two cars crashing on the anti-clockwise carriageway of the A282 near Dartford yesterday (November 11) at 5.55pm.
Officers attended the scene, where no injuries were reported, a spokesperson said.
Lanes four and five were closed between J1B and J1A, with congestion at J2 at the Darenth interchange and delays of 45 minutes from the approach back to J3 of the M25.
All lanes reopened at around 7.45pm after the cars involved and debris were cleared from the scene.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called at 5.55pm on Monday 11 November to a collision involving two cars on the anti-clockwise carriageway of the A282 near Dartford. Officers attended the scene where no injuries were reported.”
