Drivers in and around Dartford should brace for delays as National Highways announces a series of road closures across the area in the coming weeks.

With work planned on 10 major routes, motorists could face disruptions lasting from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the specific closure.

National Highways is responsible for motorways and key A-roads, so local roads won’t be included in this list.

• A2, from 8pm November 6 to 6am November 27, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A2 eastbound, Bean to Ebbsfleet, slip road closure for improvement works.

• A282, from 10pm November 4 to 5.30am November 30, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A282 northbound, West Tunnel closure, carriageway and slip road closure for tunnel works, diversion via National Highways roads.

• A2, from 8pm November 13 to 6am November 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A2 westbound, Springhead Interchange to Bean Interchange, lane closure for technology works.

• A282, from 10pm November 13 to 5am November 20, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 clockwise, junction 31 to junction 1A, Lane closure for caballing works.

• M25, from 11pm November 15 to 5am November 16, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 2 exit slip road and fast link, Lane, slip road and link road closure for routine works, diversion via National Highways roads.

• A282, from 10pm November 16 to 5am November 17, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 northbound, Dartford Crossing West Tunnel, Tunnel closure for maintenance works, diversion via National Highways network.

• A282, from 10pm November 17 to 5am November 18, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 northbound, Dartford Crossing East Tunnel, Tunnel closure for maintenance works, diversion via National Highways network.

• M25, from 10pm November 21 to 5am November 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 31 to junction 29, mobile lane closure for structure inspections.
