- Police are investigating two house fires in Bromley, possibly linked.
- The first fire occurred on Plaistow Lane at 4.05am on October 27.
- The fire destroyed the first floor and damaged half of the ground floor.
- No injuries were reported from the first fire.
- The second fire took place later that day at 9.50pm on Orchard Road.
- This fire destroyed most of the ground floor and all of the first floor.
- Specialist equipment, including a 32-metre turntable ladder, was used to combat both fires.
- The causes of both fires are under investigation, with police not ruling out a connection.
