The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Wednesday, October 23, 2024:
ALAN COCKBURN, 46, of Glenville Grove in New Cross, admitted making 27 indecent photographs of children. Cockburn was given a one-year community order including 100 hours of unpaid work. A five-year sexual harm prevention order was also made.
MAHMOUD MOFAKHAM, 27, of Heathwood Gardens in Charlton, admitted possessing 813 indecent photographs of children. Mofakham was given a six-month sentence suspended for 18 months. A five-year sexual harm prevention order was also made.
NIALL WOODS, 36, of Peterstone Road in Abbey Wood, admitted drug driving and driving without a valid licence on March 16. Woods was given a four-month sentence suspended for one year. He was also disqualified from driving for three years.
SANTOS BLAGROVE, 54, of Wickham Street in Welling, admitted drug driving on April 28. Blagrove was given a one-year community order including 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 20 months.
PHILLIP BRECKON-PAINE, 36, of Croydon Road in Anerley, admitted criminal damage to a door and assaulting a woman causing actual bodily harm on November 28, 2022. Breckon-Paine was given a community order including 200 hours of unpaid work. A restraining order was also made.
