Poundstretcher is celebrating Halloween in Orpington this weekend with a special treat for shoppers – giving out vouchers at random to customers at the tills.

The discount shop, located in The Walnuts Centre, will be giving away £10 vouchers every hour on Saturday, October 26, and Sunday, October 27.

Customers will be chosen at random at the tills, with winners announced via the store's in-house radio.

Staff will also be getting into the Halloween spirit, dressing up in costumes throughout the weekend.

Younger visitors can take part in a Halloween drawing competition, with plenty of prizes up for grabs.

Poundstretcher has stocked up on hundreds of Halloween products, including a 99p Deals range featuring fun items like Zombie Fingers, Glow in the Dark Axes, and Window Gel Stickers.

Founded in 1981, Poundstretcher was acquired by Fortress Investment Group in April 2024.

Since the acquisition, the shop has reduced prices on over a thousand items across its stores, and added more than 500 branded products, such as Cadbury’s, Coca-Cola, and Listerine, to its shelves.
