Drivers in Bexley should be aware of three upcoming road closures during the final weeks in October.
The disruptions are expected to cause only minor delays, each lasting less than 10 minutes.
These closures are part of National Highways' routine maintenance efforts on major roads. Local streets won’t be affected as they aren’t covered by National Highways.
According to the latest schedule from National Highways, these closures will take place over the next two weeks.
Here is the full list of closures:
• On October 21, from 10pm to 5am on October 22, the A2 westbound near Old Bexley Lane will have a lane closed for horticultural work.
• Another closure is scheduled for October 29, from 10pm to 5am on October 30, on the A2 westbound between Dartford Heath and Bexley for more horticultural work.
• On the same night, the A2 eastbound from Bexley to Dartford Heath will also see a lane closure for similar work.
