The police watchdog is investigating after a pregnant woman and her unborn child were killed in a fatal crash involving a police car in Eltham.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) has been informed of the incident on the A20 at the junction with Kidbrooke Park Road.
Emergency services were called to the road at around 6.15pm on October 17, with London's Air Ambulance also being flown in.
The charity is only called to help treat London's most seriously ill patients.

At the scene, a heavily pregnant woman, aged 38, was found in a car andHer unborn child also died following the crash.
Their next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
Two officers who were in the unmarked police car were also taken to hospital but have since been discharged.
Det Chf Supt Trevor Lawry said: "My heart goes out to the woman’s family and friends who have lost their loved ones in these tragic circumstances.

"An investigation into the circumstances of this collision is under way by the Independent Office for Police Conduct and we will assist with their enquiries in any way we can.
"A road closure will remain at the scene today and I am grateful for the patience of the local motorists, who will need to use alternative routes."
The IOPC has been contacted for a statement.
