Police have issued an update on the condition of a 13-year-old boy who was stabbed in Bexleyheath.
The incident happened at Broadway near Albion Road just before 3.30pm yesterday (October 17).
London Ambulance Service crews also attended and found a boy who had been stabbed.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition was initially unknown.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police confirmed today (October 18) that his condition was later assessed as non life threatening.
A man was arrested on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm, he remains in police custody.
