The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Tuesday, October 8, 2024:
GARY WHITEMAN, 34, of Lewisham Park in Hither Green, admitted stealing a pedal cycle in Catford on May 25. Whiteman was granted bail until sentencing.
BILLY JAMES PAYNE, 39, of Lovel Avenue in Welling, admitted assaulting a man and a racially aggravated assault of an emergency worker in Bexley on May 30. Payne was given a one-year community order.
OLUSENI QUADRI, 19, of London Road in Crayford, admitted intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be alarmed or distressed in Bexley on Sunday/Monday. Quadri was granted bail until sentencing.
KRIS KESSON, 60, of Rydal Drive in Bexleyheath, admitted driving whilst over the alcohol limit in Eastbourne on August 10. Kesson was fined £120 and disqualified from driving for 17 months.
