The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Monday, October 7, 2024:
MICHAEL SINCLAIR, 37, of Colindale Avenue in Colindale, admitted possessing a knife in a public place – a three-inch lock knife in the Studio 338 club in Greenwich on September 8. Sinclair was given a four-month sentence suspended for one year including 150 hours of unpaid work.
DARIUZ BRATUMIL, 43, of Whinchat Road in Thamesmead, admitted three counts of theft from Co-op in Sidcup earlier this month. Bratumil was ordered to pay £450 compensation.
MARIANA DUMITRU, 25, of Ancona Road in Plumstead, admitted stealing £2,215 of clothing from Morleys department store in Bexleyheath on August 11. Dumitru was granted conditional bail until sentencing.
TAJ MOHAMMAD AZIZI, 34, of Eldon Street in Oldham, admitted a burglary on Deptford High Street on January 25, stealing five iPhones. Azizi was ordered to pay £600 compensation and a £120 fine.
JOSIAH MITCHELL, 21, of Beddington Road in Orpington, admitted drug driving in Greenwich on July 24. Mitchell was given a one-year community order including 50n hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for three years.
DANIEL GHEBRESILASE, 31, of Barfleur Lane in Deptford, admitted driving whilst above the alcohol limit. Ghebresilase was disqualified from driving for one year and fined £120.
