A 50-year-old woman has been taken to hospital after a stabbing in south east London.
The incident happened in Walworth Road, Southwark just before 4.25am yesterday (October 7).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a woman who had been stabbed.
She was taken to hospital where her condition was assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 04:24hrs on 7 October to reports of a stabbing in Walworth Road SE17.
“Officers responded with LAS and found a 50-year-old woman with stab injuries.
“She was taken to hospital, where her condition was assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.
“There have been no arrests at this stage. Enquiries are ongoing.
