The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Wednesday, September 25, 2024:
SAM DENNIS, 29, of The Crescent in Sidcup, convicted of common assault and stalking involving fear of violence in July this year by turning up outside a woman’s home and work. Dennis was given an 18-month community order including 100 hours of unpaid work.
ALAN COCKBURN, 46, of Glenville Grove in Lewisham, admitted possessing 26 indecent images of children. Cockburn was remanded on unconditional bail until he is sentenced.
EMILIO JOSE VALDES ARIAS, 24 of Brownhill Road in Lewisham, admitted burgling Little Blossom Day Nursery in Hither Green on June 11, stealing a coat and pair of sliders. Arias was remanded in custody until sentencing.
