Police have launched an urgent appeal to help find missing a non-verbal man from Peckham.
Richard Rodrigues, 29, who communicates using sign language, was reported missing on September 13.
The last confirmed sighting of Richard was in the Camberwell Road area of SE5 on September 16.
He is known to travel frequently on public transport and has connections to various locations across London.
Authorities urge anyone who spots Richard to dial 999 immediately.
Those with any information about his whereabouts are asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference 01/837718/24.
Detective Inspector Jay Navaratnarajah, of the Met's Public Protection Department based in south London, said: "Richard’s family are understandably worried and the longer he remains missing, the more the concern grows for his welfare.
“We have pursued numerous lines of enquiry and are in regular contact with our partners across the transport network should Richard be spotted there.
“We believe Richard tried to make phone contact using a messaging service in the early hours of this morning (20 September) – Richard, if that was you please get in contact or go to a police station so we know that you are safe and well.”
