The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Wednesday, September 18, 2024:
CURTIS TURNER, 41, of Admiral Seymour Road in Eltham, admitted assaulting a woman, causing criminal damage to her window, threatening to smash her pub’s windows and a public order offences all in July. Turner was given a four-month sentence suspended for one year including 40 hours of unpaid work and 15 days rehabilitation activity.
PAUL PENFOLD, 58, of no fixed abode, admitted assault by beating against a woman on Lewisham High Street on Tuesday (September 17). He was jailed for 12 weeks.
Uchenna NWABUISI, 23, of Silver Birch Close in Thamesmead, admitted possessing a blade – a lock knife – on Tanners Close on Tuesday (September 17) Nwabuisi was jailed for 146 days as it was his second knife offence.
