The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Monday and Tuesday, September 16 and 17, 2024:
DANIEL JACKMAN, 25, of Beckenham Hill Road in Beckenham, admitted assaulting two paramedics in Bexleyheath on August 26. Jackman was given a 10 week sentence suspended for one year including 120 days of alcohol abstinence and monitoring.
MICHAEL LOUIS TAYLOR, 48, of Normanton Street in Forest Hill, admitted stealing three bottles of prosecco and three bottles of wine from a shop on November 22 and threatening a police officer in June last year. Taylor was jailed for four weeks.
JESS SCRIVENER, 38, of Downberry Road in Bromley, admitted stealing over £1,000 worth of goods from BP Express on Bromley Road over nine occasions. Scrivener was given a four month sentence suspended for one year.
SAM BURTON, 31, of Inglemere Road in Forest Hill, admitted possessing a lock knife in Sydenham on August 20. Burton was given a 21 week sentence as it was his second knife offence.
