A brand new Pilates studio has opened its doors in West Wickham, Bromley.
Innersclupt, based in the High Street, opened on Saturday, September 14 offering south east Londoners the chance to take a range of Pilates classes.
The studio has six reformer Pilates beds and according to Innersculpt, “strikes the perfect balance between individualised instruction and a vibrant group dynamic”.
There are packages and members available for Pilates-goers to try which includes single sessions, multi-session bundles and monthly memberships.
The business was founded by Amber Phillips who has a passion for fitness and holistic wellbeing.
She believes in the “transformative power of mindful movement” and, according to Innersculpt, has “dedicated her career to helping others unlock their full potential through personalised fitness experiences”.
In a statement on Instagram, Innersculpt Pilates said: “So excited to announce the launch of a brand new Reformer Pilates studio that is coming to West Wickham.
“Join us on this incredible journey as we strengthen, tone and sculpt our bodies through Innersculpt.”
Classes at Innersculpt cater to different experience levels, with there being separate sculpt and tone classes for beginners and those at an intermediate level.
Weighted sculpt and tone classes are available as well.
To book a drop in class costs £24 or to book 25 sessions costs £400 with other packages available at price points in between.
