A motorcyclist has been rushed to hospital after a crash in Chislehurst.

The incident happened in Elmstead Lane just after 5.30pm on September 13.

Officers, London Ambulance Service crews and an air ambulance attended and found a motorcyclist injured.

The rider, a man, was taken to a London hospital where his injuries were assessed as non-life threatening.

No arrests have been made as police enquiries into the circumstances continue.

A spokesperson London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 5.36pm on Friday 13 September to reports of a road traffic collision in Elmstead Lane, Chislehurst.

“We sent a number of resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer and London’s Air Ambulance.

“Our crews treated a man at the scene, before taking him to a London major trauma centre by road as a priority.”

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “It was a motorcyclist injured. No arrest.

“Injuries not life-threatening.”
