A popular pumpkin field is opening this month – and its just 45 minutes from south London.

Tulleys Farm is set to reopen its popular Pumpkin Festival later this month starting from September 28 up until October 31.

Set within over 100 acres of land, Tulleys has planted over 600,000 pumpkin seeds yielding over 1 million pumpkins and gourds.

The festival is a popular Instagram location, with 30 photography backdrops to snap shots of, ranging from vintage vehicles to spooky scenes as well as a house made entirely from pumpkins.

Alongside pumpkin picking, the event will also feature a variety of street food vendors hosted at the farm's Pumpkin Village, along with alcoholic drinks served at The Pumpkin Bar, and The Pumpkin Boutique selling pumpkin-themed gifts.

During the day, pumpkin pickers will be joined by musicians playing live music, along with live stage music in the evenings during their popular “Pumpkin Nights”, where guests can pick pumpkins by night.

You can also take a ride on the farm's Observation Wheel, giving views of the Sussex countryside from 33 metres high.

Tickets start from £7 with slots bookable from 9:30am until 4pm, and 6pm until 8pm during Pumpkin Nights.
