The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Wednesday, September 11, 2024:
WAYNE BROWN, 37, of Allwood Close in Sydenham, admitted assaulting a man causing actual bodily harm and threatening him with a meat cleaver on August 19. Brown was given a 24 week sentence suspended for one year. He will required to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and 25 days of rehabilitation activity.
KIRSTI SIMPSON, 29, of Exeter Way in Deptford, admitted numerous thefts from Boots, The Co-op and Waterstones earlier this year. Simpson was remanded in custody until she is sentenced.
A 17-YEAR-OLD admitted robbing a wallet, bank details and a phone from someone in Clapham. He was given a youth rehabilitation order and banned from the Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common area.
