The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Thursday, September 5, 2024:
LEE LAING, 50, of Halcrow Avenue in Dartford, admitted using violence to secure entry to a premises in Plumstead and harassment. He was given an 18-month community order including GPS monitoring.
CARLIE NAYLER, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing 26 steaks from M&S in Woolwich on July 8 and stealing two sandwiches from Greggs in Woolwich on July 25. Nayler was jailed for 10 weeks.
VINNIE HUDSON, 20, of Dover Road East in Gravesend, admitted possessing an offensive weapon – a lock knife – in Arcadia club in Bexleyheath on July 19. Hudson was given a four month sentence suspended for one year.
OLAYINKA AKINSANYA, 44, of Hollyhock Crescent in Newport, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having driven on August 6 in Woolwich. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months.
