Disaster has struck.
I have a varnished wooden floor in my bedroom.
When I am feeling slightly tipsy or hyperactive I enjoy nothing more than sliding across it in my socks while practising (badly) on my guitar.
Unfortunately last night i got it a bit wrong and stubbed my toe on the bed.
At first I thought it was broken, but have now decided it is just badly bruised.
However, I'm struggling to walk - let alone run!
Do you have any tips on how Dan can heal his toe in time for the big race on Sunday?
If so, please call 01689 885726, email dkeel@london.newsquest.co.uk or leave a comment below.
To sponsor Dan please make a cheque payable to Greenwich Starting Blocks and send to Greenwich Starting Blocks, 31 Thomas Street, Woolwich, London, SE18 6HU.
