Far-right protesters, a former British Army soldier and a man who killed the mother of his children are among the south Londoners locked up last month.
Here are the names and faces of the men judges have put behind bars in August 2024.
Callum Flynn
He was involved in the Enough is Enough demonstration near Downing Street on July 31.
Other demonstrators threw metal barriers, missiles and assaulted police officers but Flynn’s role was to kick at a metal barrier, try to push through the police cordon and chant at officers.
Flynn insisted he is not a racist and has no affiliation with the far-right. He said he was there to protest the UK border policy and got carried away.
Deciding to jail Flynn, Judge Benedict Kelleher said: “The court cannot lose sight of the context here. This was disorder occurring when tensions were high across the country and there was risk of further disorder.”

Krisma Anthony
He viciously attacked Tharel Thompson, 29, who had been visiting the UK from Barbados.
Thompson became involved in a dispute with Anthony, 23, and Jahlil Charles, 23, in the corridor of Walkabout in Reading on February 11.
A CCTV video shown in the trial at Reading Crown Court captured the moment when the dispute turned into a bloody attack, with Anthony admitting that he had stabbed Mr Thompson in the side of the head.
The attack unleashed 'a fountain of blood' according to one witness, and Mr Thompson was left with life-changing injuries akin to suffering a major stroke.
Police said Mr Thompson was seen leaving the toilet at 2pm and fist-bumped Charles, suggesting there was no animosity.
But minutes later Anthony attacked Mr Thompson and stabbed him through his skull, leaving him lying in the corridor critically injured.
Anthony was found guilty of attempted murder and Judge Heather Norton has sentenced him to 27 years in prison.

Alfie Arrowsmith
He pleaded guilty to violent disorder after he was involved in the Enough is Enough demonstration near Downing Street on July 31.
Arrowsmith walked along the police line, squared up to officers and tried to goad them into fighting him by shouting “come on then” and “let’s have it”.
Arrowsmith, who has no previous convictions, was arrested at his home on August 16.
Stephen Nelson, defending, said Arrowsmith had been working at the Ritz on the day of the protest before going to Green Park to drink with friends.
“The intention was that they were going to join what he believed was going to be a peaceful protest,” Mr Nelson said.
“He describes that there came a point where the police lines had cordoned them off and he in particular had wanted to leave the area and perhaps displayed his anger in the way which was seen on CCTV, which was entirely inappropriate.”
Arrowsmith was jailed for 16 months.
Jose Reis
Reis, who previously ran Brazilian restaurants in Clapham and Croydon, was described as a “main player” in operating five brothels across the city.
Up to 68 women, mostly from Brazil, worked in the brothels which took upwards of £13,000 a week.
An elusive man named Patrick headed the criminal enterprise while Reis was described as the banker of the operation responsible for identifying, renting and maintaining properties used as brothels and laundering the profits.
He admitted conspiracy to control prostitution for gain and conspiracy to transfer criminal property.
He was jailed for three years and 10 months.
A second man - Itallo Mendonca De Oliverira, 27, of Wolsley Road in Mitcham – operated further down the hierarchy.
His job was to collect cash from sex workers, buy supplies such as condoms and cleaning products and acting as a security guard.
He was given a suspended sentence.

Tony Curant and Richard Ray
His friend Richard Ray then picked Curant up and drove him from Bexley to Dartford, stopping for alcohol and cigarettes on the way.
Curant, 33, was jailed for life with a minimum term of 20 years for murder while Ray, 34, was sentenced to 18 months for perverting the course of justice.
The court heard that at their home on Penhill Road Leila Young, 33, suffered 57 stab injuries including 18 to her head, face and neck.
Her mum Caroline Young said: “My beautiful daughter Leila was brutally taken from us all by the father of her children and the man she trusted. The man she tried to hard to help.
“Leila was not just my daughter. She was my best friend who I spoke to every day and laughed like I did with no other.”
Caroline said Leila was the life and soul of their family, bringing them all together.
“Our family has been shattered by this senseless act of violence. Joy and laughter has been replaced by tears and grief,” she said.

David Spring
Spring was part of a group who confronted police officers during a gathering of around 700 people near Downing Street on July 31.
Spring pleaded guilty to violent disorder after footage showed him at the forefront of the crowd while threatening and chanting at officers.
Prosecutor Alexander Agbamu said: "Daniel Thomas, also known as Danny Tommo in some circles, organised a demonstration in Whitehall.
“Members of the far-right responded to that call with the seeming intention of replicating scenes seen earlier in the week, precipitated by false information relating to the religion and immigration status of the perpetrator of the Southall murders.”
He said protesters broke out of an enclosed area of Richmond Terrace and towards Whitehall, directing their anger towards police officers.
Spring's role in the disorder was shown on police body worn camera footage in court where he was seen making threatening and hostile gestures towards police, calling officers "c****" and joining in chants of "you're not English anymore" and "who the f*** is Allah".

Trevor Hooper
He proposed fake investment ideas including gold, diamonds and property to a work friend over a two-year period.
In total he convinced his friend to invest £37,000 including all of his pension savings for retirement.
Bromley Borough police said as a result of Hooper’s bogus investment proposals the victim “lost everything”.
Officers also identified a second victim who was defrauded in a similar way.
Hooper was jailed for two years and ten months.

Ardley Wray
He has been jailed for five years and seven months after police recovered £7,000 worth of drugs.
In September 2022 Wray was seen leaving a property in Hauxton, South Cambridgeshire, after they received intelligence drug dealing was taking place.
They followed him to the A10 before signalling for him to pull over but he refused to stop and weaved around two police cars to escape.
During a pursuit officers saw him chuck a bin liner out of the window.
A stinger was deployed further up the road but when Wray’s tyres were punctured he jumped out of the car and ran across a field.
After a short foot chase Wray was detained and the drugs were recovered from the side of the road.
Officers also found cash and evidence of drug-dealing messages on his phone.

Anthony Matthews
He violently attacked his ex-partner, fracturing her arm and strangling her as well as calling her mobile more than 3,000 times in a 12-day period.
Matthews' ex-partner first contacted the police following an incident on September 6, 2023 after he strangled her, and she only managed to escape and call 999 after freeing herself from him.
Met officers began gathering evidence and documenting the victim's injuries, including a fractured wrist caused by being thrown into a wardrobe during the assault.
In collaboration with Lewisham Council, police also installed a security system and panic alarms in her home and secured a restraining order against Matthews to ensure her continued safety.
The case escalated further when the victim called the police again on February 24, 2024, after Matthews breached his bail conditions.
Officers said that this demonstrated his increasingly erratic and threatening behaviour.
Matthews had called her over 3,000 times within a 12-day period.
A detailed analysis of phone records revealed 30 voicemails filled with abusive and threatening language, including references to Matthews watching the victim from outside her property.
Nam Nguyen
He held the woman captive inside a flat in Tulse Hill for 10 days in September 2023, during which time he took complete control of her life.
The woman was subjected to repeated attacks and was raped, suffering extensive injuries, including a fracture to her spine.
Nguyen also took control of her finances and physically restrained her to prevent her from leaving the flat.
The victim managed to escape by jumping from a window and running to a nearby care home, where she was found with severe injuries to her face and body.
Staff at the care home immediately contacted the police, who quickly launched an investigation.
Nguyen was identified as the suspect and was arrested nearby a short time later.
The victim provided detailed testimony about the abuse she endured, which, along with CCTV and forensic evidence.
Nguyen has been jailed for 17 years with an additional four-year extended sentence.

Amir Tofangsazan
Tofangsazan, 36, of Sidney Road in Brixton, used images of male models on his dating profiles while claiming to be a barrister, surgeon or a property tycoon.
After finding victims on Tinder, Bumble and Plenty of Fish he told some victims he fantasised about watching them have sex with other men, then turned up himself pretending to be the second man.
He also tricked them into lending him cash, which he never paid back.
After spending most of his life behind bars between 2015 and 2024, Tofangsazan was released from prison in January.
He has now been jailed again for 10 months after he breached a Criminal Behaviour Order by attending a speed dating event at an All Bar One in Guildford.
When he was arrested police found he was in possession of two mobile phones, one of which hadn’t been registered with police.
Recorder James Lofthouse told Tofangsazan: “You are not a stupid man, that is plain. You were aware of the terms of your Criminal Behaviour Order and you broke it.”
He added: “The use of a speed dating service shows a targeting of the type of person this order is designed to protect.”

Rogel Dumitru
They gained entry to the house then woke the family up, threatened them and assaulted one of them.
The thugs then stole two watches and two phones before fleeing the property.
Detective Constable Dan Bister said: “This was a premeditated crime during which a family were terrorised in their own home.
“The threats with weapons will have left a lasting impact on the victims and those responsible should be ashamed of their actions.”
The gang were rumbled due to a mask found near the crime scene contained DNA belonging to Dumitru.
Enquiries revealed Dumitru had travelled from Bexleyheath to Chatham and that he had also been in contact with accomplices on Ion Vasile, Denis Calin and Robert Maytum.
Dumitru was sentenced to seven and a half years in prison.
Sean Francis McGranaghan
He first came to the attention of South West Regional Organised Crime Unit in January 2023 when he made contact online with what he thought was a child but was actually an undercover police officer.
A few months later he also came to the Met Police’s attention after he sent more messages to what he thought was a real child.
In May 2023 he was arrested at Gatwick Airport and was charged with the four offences.
He denied the accusations but was found guilty of two counts of attempting sexual communication with a child and two counts of attempting to incite a child to engage in sexual activity.
Avram Stoica
On December 3, a teenager stole £8,142 worth of iPhones from the shop in Bromley.
Stoica was identified as the suspect and was charged.
He later pleaded guilty to theft from a shop in May and was remanded on bail until sentencing with instructions not to enter The Glades and to sleep each night at his home address.
Stoica was given a four-month prison sentence.

Roberto Rossi
Roberto Rossi, 37, from Hollingbourne Avenue, Bexleyheath, was jailed for 16 months while Branscombe, 44, from Samson Close, Dartford, was given a 22 month suspended sentence.

The court heard that on February 24, BTP’s County Lines taskforce observed Rossi at Dartford station attempting to evade uniformed officers.
When approached, Rossi admitted to possessing cocaine.
A search revealed he was carrying an iPhone, which he denied owning, despite incoming messages asking for drugs, as well as more than £1,000 in cash.
Following his arrest, a search of the address he shared with Branscombe uncovered a substantial amount of class A and class B drugs, leading to Branscombe’s arrest and subsequent sentencing.
