A huge Christmas tree has been put up in Bromley, four months ahead of the festive season.
The fully decorated tree complete with baubles was spotted in High Street, Bromley this morning (August 29).
The display stunned shoppers on their trip to the town centre, with many sharing photos of it on social media.
One person wrote on X (formally known Twitter): "A Christmas tree in August?!
"Never thought, I'd see it."
Another one said: "A Christmas tree already? Everyone is still enjoying summer."
It can be revealed that the tree is being used as a prop for a romance film, Pillion, starring Alexander Skarsgard and Harry Melling, which is being filmed in the south-east London town.
It is unknown when the film will be available for viewing, however filming will continue over the summer, according to IMDb.
