A teenager has been taken to hospital after an incident in Penge.
It happened in St John's Road near Station Road just after 5pm yesterday (August 26).
An ambulance crew, an incident response officer and members of the hazardous area response team from London Ambulance Service attended.
The teen was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital where their condition is unknown.
The nature of the incident also remains unclear.
We have contacted Metropolitan Police for further information.
A spokesperson London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 5.02pm on Monday 26 August to reports of an incident on St John's Road, Penge.
“We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, an incident response officer and members of our hazardous area response team (HART).
“We treated a teenager at the scene and took them to hospital.”
