A man has been taken to hospital after a medical incident in Plumstead.
It happened in Melling Street near Flaxton Road just before 3.25pm yesterday (August 20).
An ambulance crew, an incident response officer and an air ambulance from the London Ambulance Service attended.
The man was found injured and treated at the scene before being airlifted to a London major trauma centre.
His condition is currently unknown.
We have contacted the Metropolitan Police for further information.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 3.24pm on Tuesday 20 August to reports of a medical incident in Melling Street, SE18.
“We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, an incident response officer and London’s Air Ambulance.
“The first of our crews arrived at the scene in five minutes.
“Our crews treated a man at the scene, before taking him to a London major trauma centre by air.”
