A three-day festival for children is coming to Bexleyheath, giving south east London families the chance to listen to enjoy music and activities.

Park Live Bexley will take place in Danson Park from Friday, August 30 through to Sunday, September 1, promising “fun and excitement for the entire family”.

The festival is targeted at families with children of all ages and will bring “legendary” tribute acts to the area, headline DJ acts from KISSTORY’s DJ Matt Jam Lamont, The Wideboys, Nicky Blackmarket and DJ Phantasy.

Saoirse Holland, Event Director at Raver Tots, said: “We are so excited to bring Raver Tots to Danson Park in Bexleyheath this year.

“It’s an amazing setting for the local community to come together and enjoy a weekend of music and fun.

"Our Sunday lineup remains top secret at the moment, but our residents include some of the biggest names in dance music.

“With free fairground rides and family activities included in the ticket price, there's something for everyone to enjoy.”

Friday, August 30- Revival Festival

On Friday night, guests will be taken on “a nostalgic journey through the 90s and 00s”.

Music will be played from “iconic pop and dance acts” with headlines performances from Blue, East 17, 911, Blazin’ Squad, N-Trance, Rozalla and more.

The evening kicks of at 6pm and will run until 10.30pm.

Saturday, August 31 – Rock and Pop the Park

Saturday is the day for tribute acts celebrating artists such as Abba, Queen, Taylor Swift, Fleetwood Mac, Adele, The Killers, Katy Perry, Blur, Oasis, Duran Duran, and many more.

The festivities start at 12pm and continue until 10.30pm, offering a full day of dancing, singalongs, and family fun.

Sunday, September 1– Raver Tots Top Secret Dance Finale

Raver Tots, which organisers describe as “the ultimate family-friendly rave experience”, will bring the three-day festival to an exhilarating close with sets from top dance music names.

Some performances are being kept under wraps to “enhance the crowd-pleasing excitement”.

Guests are told to expect an “unforgettable afternoon” with Raver Tots residents including big names such as So Solid Crew, KISSTORY’s Friday night favourites Matt Jam Lamont, The Wideboys, Nicky Blackmarket, DJ Phantasy, and more.

The event kicks off at 1pm and runs until 6pm, offering the most family-friendly atmosphere of the entire weekend.

Music will be kept at safe noise levels for children, ensuring a “fun and enjoyable experience for all ages”.

Once inside the event, there are free activities for all the family to enjoy, including fun fair rides, Children’s circus school, stage shows with dancers, soft play and crazy golf, as well as street food from around the world and a licenced bar.
