A man is accused of breaching a sexual harm prevention order by having unsupervised contact with a teenage boy.

Jack Wesley, 35, previously of Catford but now of Bertelli Place in Feltham, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Monday (August 12).

He is charged with three counts of failing to comply with sex offenders register notification requirements as well as one count of breaching a sexual harm prevention order.

The three charges of failing to comply with sex offenders register notification requirement relate to alleged breaches such as failing to notify police of a change of address, of a new bank account and debit card.

The breach of a sexual harm prevention order relate to allegations that he had unsupervised contact with a teen boy in June.

Wesley pleaded not guilty to all four charges.

A trial is scheduled to take place in September and Wesley was remanded in custody.
