An Orpington man threatened to rape a female police officer after he assaulted a vulnerable woman in her own home.
Paul MacDougall, 47, of Green Street Green in Orpington, appeared at Bexley Magistrates’ Court on Monday (August 5).
MacDougall committed a “nasty” assault against a vulnerable woman in her own home on June 9.
Then three days later during an encounter with police, MacDougall spat at a male police officer and threatened a female police officer, court documents state.

MacDougall pleaded guilty to assault by beating, a public order offence and common assault of a police officer.
He was jailed for 23 weeks and ordered to pay £100 compensation.
A restraining order was made banning MacDougall from contacting the vulnerable woman he assaulted on June 9.
