A major police presence has been pictured attending an incident in Bexleyheath.
Multiple police vehicles were spotted Watling Street near London Road at around 8am today (August 3).
Pictures, obtained by the News Shopper, shows police cars and multiple cordons in place.
Watling Street has been closed as the incident is being dealt with by police.
The nature of the incident is unknown.
Bus route 96 is currently on diversion, according to AA.
We have contacted the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service for further information.
Full AA maps statement: "Road closed and slow traffic due to crash on A207 London Road both ways from Halcot Avenue to A223 Bourne Road.
"Detour in operation - for route 96.
"Sensors indicate the closure has been extended."
