Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was taken to hospital following a serious crash near the Dartford Crossing.
At 4pm on Wednesday (July 24), a white Volkswagen Crafter van, orange Volvo lorry and white Peugeot Boxer van were travelling into Kent on the A282, when they were involved in a crash, just before to junction 1A.
Emergency services attended the scene where a woman, who was a passenger in the Volkswagen, was treated for serious injuries.
She was taken to a London hospital for further medical treatment.
Police are appealing to anyone who was travelling in either direction and saw what happened, or has relevant dashcam footage, to come forward.

A spokesperson for Kent Police said: "Investigators are appealing for information following a serious collision near the Dartford Crossing.
"At around 4pm on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, a white VW Crafter van, orange Volvo lorry and white Peugeot Boxer van were travelling into Kent on the A282, when they were involved in a collision, just prior to junction 1a.
"Patrols, Kent Fire and Rescue Service and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene where a woman, who was a passenger in the VW, was treated for serious injuries.
"She was taken to a London hospital for further medical attention.
"Roads policing officers are investigating the incident and are appealing to anyone who was travelling in either direction and saw what happened, or has relevant dashcam footage, to come forward."
