A popular Wetherspoons pub in Catford has been put up for sale.
The London and Rye in Rushey Green is currently on the market by letting agent Savills, with offers starting from £850,000.
The Catford pub is currently under offer and could permanently close once a deal goes through.
Despite the offer being made, other proposals are still welcome, according to the JW Disposals website.
The venue comprises a two-storey semi-detached brick-built building under a pitched roof.
At the front of the pub is an external beer terrace which has been recently developed providing seating for around 20 covers.
The property benefits from a premises licence permitting the sale of alcohol until 12.30am Sunday to Thursday and 1.00am from Friday and Saturday.
The south east London pub joins seven other spots at risk of closure in Cardiff, Poole, Fleetwood, St Ives, Cork, Carlow, and Leith that are also on the market.
Wetherspoons, founded by businessman Tim Martin, operates around 800 pubs around the UK and Ireland.
