You could buy a house in Southwark for as much as £4.6 million or as little as £233,000, according to new figures.
Property Solvers has revealed the Southwark streets ranked from most to least expensive based on data taken from the HM Land Registry over the last five years.
Southwark is the south east London borough located closest to central London, with quick and easy travel links into central London by tube and rail.
According to data from HM Land Registry, the average house price in Southwark is estimated to be £843,000 with 41 of house sales between £340,000 - £522,000, with a further 22 sales between £522,000 - £704,000.
Average property price have fallen by 77.44 percent over the last five years, with 126 property sales in the last year, which was a deduction of 48.41 percent over the previous year.
According to data, the most expensive street to live on in Southwark with 17 house sales in the past 5 years was Blackfriars Road, where the average house price came in at a whopping £4,668,029.
This was followed by New Glove Walk, with nine sales and an average house price of £2,907,777, and Blackfriars Road, with an average house price of £2,580,000.
By contrast, the least expensive street to live on in Southwark was revealed to be Newington Causeway, with an average house price of £288,300.
Telford House in Elephant and Castle was the second cheapest street to live on with an average price of £288,300 based on five sales, followed by Longridge House in Falmouth Road with an average price of £327,500 based on three sales.
