Two people have been treated by ambulance crews after a double stabbing in Plumstead.

The incident happened in Plumstead High Street near Bostall Hill at 10pm on July 20.

Officers also attended and found two people injured.

They were treated at the scene where their conditions were assessed as non-life threatening.

Six people were arrested on suspicion of various offences including affray.

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “On Saturday, 20 July at 22:00hrs police were called to Plumstead High Street, SE18 following reports of a stabbing.

“Officers attended the scene alongside the London Ambulance Service who treated two people for stab wounds. 

“Their injuries were all confirmed to be non-life threatening.

“Six people were arrested for various offences including affray.

“Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.”
