The cost of properties in Greenwich varies massively, with a difference of almost two and a half million between the average prices on most and least expensive streets.
According to HM Land Registry data, the average house price in Greenwich is £626,625.
Property Solvers has said that the average property price in the borough has increased by £34,018 (5.76 per cent) over the last five years and by £6,801 (1.1 per cent) over the last 12 months specifically.
Over the last year, there were 370 residential property sales, Property Solvers says, which is a decrease of 296 transactions relative to 2022.
81 of these property sales were priced between £578,000 and £702,000.
At the more affordable end of the scale, 78 properties were sold in the range of £330,000 to £454,000.
However, according to Property Solvers, there were also many properties that sell for well over a million pounds.
