Police are appealing for witnesses after an object was thrown through the window of a house in Sidcup.
Officers received a report of criminal damage following an incident at a home on Church Road.
The incident occurred on Thursday, July 11, when an object was thrown through a window.
No injuries have been reported.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
The person who lives inside the house claims that the object thrown was a "sledgehammer".
He told the News Shopper: "The police closed the case saying there were no witnesses - when there were several.
"Photos [were] taken, CCTV footage potentially available, and the assailant's identity known."
Authorities are appealing for witnesses.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police received an allegation of criminal damage following an incident at a residential address in Church Road, Sidcup.
“The incident happened on Thursday, 11 July when an item was thrown through a window.
“No reports of any injuries.
“No arrests; enquiries into the circumstances continue.
