A man who murdered his partner at their Bexley home has been pictured for the first time.
Leila Young, 33, was found with stab injuries to her head and neck at her home on Penhill Road just after 4pm on January 16.
She was rushed to hospital but died from her injuries a week later on January 23.
Her partner, 33-year-old Tony Curant, was arrested on January 20.
On June 21 he pleaded guilty to her murder.
He is due to be sentenced in August but faces a mandatory life sentence.
At the site of the tragic incident on Penhill Road, mourners left candles, floral arrangements, and handwritten notes.
One note expressed deep sorrow, stating, "So heart breaking. I am so sorry this has happened to you. Sleep tight and may you rest in peace."
Another note paid tribute to Leila, saying, "Leila, you will always be remembered for the loving, brilliant mum you are. We will never forget you."
