Police flocked to a home in Dartford following reports of a passenger seen holding a weapon on the M25.
It was reported shortly after 10pm on Saturday, June 29 that on the M25 Junction 1B, a passenger was seen with a weapon.
As a result, police went to an address in Princes Road, Dartford to carry out enquiries.
It was here that police established the weapon in question was a child’s toy.
A spokesperson for Kent Police said: “Kent Police was called at 10.09pm on Saturday 29 June 2024 to a report that a passenger in car on the M25 near Junction 1B had been seen holding a weapon.
“Officers later made enquiries at an address in Princes Road, Dartford where it was established the item seen by a witness was a child's toy.
“No offences were disclosed.”
